Hi, I would like to have your halp

I just finished to fill some questionnaire, and the questionnaire is going to native english speakers, and i would very appreciate if someone will take a look and halp me correct my mistakes. shabat shalom lee 1.Why would you like to participate in this Cultural Exchange program? In the past I participated in youth delegation to summer camp. We where 12 kids from Israel in the camp at the age of 14-15, and I think, and feel, it was a life time experience, and I would love to have this kind of experience again. 2.Give an example of your involvement with a group, organization or other project. When I was in high school I was in student council, I loved to work with the other students, and to achieve the goals we had. Also in my previous work place, I worked as a customer service representative, it was a big center, and all the representatives where divided to crews. I was very active in my crew, with my crew head, we organized activities to improve the social connections between the crew members . Also today, 5 month after I left the customer service center, I still have good friends from there. 3.How would you describe yourself to someone who doesn't know you? Very joyful, full with joy of living, love to laugh. But when it needed I'm very mature and responsible person. 4.What qualifications/qualities do you believe that you bring? (Including leadership skills and working with children) I think that the qualities that I bring with me are the qualities of team work, I know and love to work in team. Also I love to see smile on people, and specially children, faces and I'm willing to invest hard work for it to happen. 5.What impression would you would like to leave at the end of camp? I would like to leave the impression that I was beneficial both in the work part, and the social part. I would like to meet new friend and have fun, but at the same time to do my work the best way possible. 6.Have you ever been to the US? If so, when and why? As I mentioned before, at the age of 14 I participated in a youth delegation to a summer camp in Cincinnati called Camp Livingston. I was in the "Adventure Unlimited" group, most of the time we were traveling outside of the camp, experience extreme sports such as abseiling, kayaks, rafting, hiking, sleeping in the nature in tents and more. In the weekends we were back in the camp, doing the regular camp activities.
