Hi there

Well...if you refer to Bullshit...i guess there is some explanation behind that point of view and i would like to read it. if not...i have no idea what is BS

It's just inconsistent with what I know about

toxicology. It also doesn't make sense that breaking up of some fat cells will release all toxins out of the body (and what about toxins that are NOT accumulate in fat cells?)

well...

According to some resources...Toxins are accumulated in fat sales. of course there are some waste in the intestine and digesting system - but here comes herbs and available vitamins to support that cleansing to the organs which are responsible for that 0 AKA liver, kidneys ect. our body in a natural way makes a daily cleansing...but when we keep on "feeding" it with toxics, it does not have enough resources to do that... this is why clean food and diet are important, doing only that treatment with Niacin wont do any good without supporting it with diet. this is what i have learned. am i getting something wrong here?

okay, but I still don't see how this (or any)

vitamin can help in detoxification as a medical mean, especially in acute cases

Sick people should not have

this kind of detox program... i was not talking about people which already have problems... in this method it is said clearly that it comes to prevent sicknesses... for people which already have problems...they need other kind of detox... herbs and natural vitamins (not supplements) should support those organs which having massive work during the detox..... there are some "super foods" as Spirolina or barley grass which contains high volume of nutritions which the body absorb quickly and with 0 effort... but as i said...i am not a doctor and this is why i came to this forum to ask from your professional experience and knowledge ... about that kind of detox and to share your thoughts about it.

First of all, as I recall

(and I'm not about to watch it again, so forgive me for any inaccuracies) he did talk about pathological situations. But in any case, I'm very much against all that approach of herbs and "super foods" as you call it. Of course, people should eat as "clean" as they can, but no herb or vitamin will do the trick of detoxification, surely not by the mechanism suggested in the video

well then...

it is not said in this specific video perhaps...since i was looking through out the web and in some of the info it says..it is not for sick people...(youtube if full of it).. i was just expecting to get an opinion and maybe an explanation of WHY not... it is very easy to disqualified options..but..you have to get a reason... all information i know..is not given to me..i was learning it and understanding how things works..but i dont know it all. So...do you have an explanation of why do you think vitamins can not support cleansing? or supports the organs which do that job?

Because this is not their job

I can't give you the full review here about what vitamins do and how they do it. Of course, they have a role in maintaining "clean" and healthy body, but supplementing is totally useless
