hello everyone , i'm new here

i understood that this forum is helping translate sentences , is that correct ?? if it is true , i'll be happy if you help me . i have a sentence and i don't really understand the context. the sentence is : "it is one thing to fight the communications decency act in court for it's obvious legal failings and quite another to confront a room full of....." 1 if you can translate to me in hebrew it would be great , or just explain to me the meaning of the sentence. thank you very much and have a good day !
