hello to you all, i hope you are all well?. it has stoped raining here, now it is windy and mild. when rien qu ne larme came out the record company sent to the fan club tee shirts for the fans to wear, with mikes head, and the song title on the middle under mikes head, , nana and i went along to 67,rue de provence, not too far from the shop where we worked to pick up ours, one lunch time. only two of us could go, as someone had to stay and mind the shop. these tee shirts were white with black letters. as paid up fanclub members our tee shirts were waiting for us, it seemd so exiting at the time. we took the orthers theirs back to the shop, and we all tryd them on. . we were going to wear them that friday at mikes concert. mike did have his photo taken, in the middle of fans wearing the tee shirts, but i could not go to that as i had to work. i think there is a photo somewhere. people talk about mikes hight, as if because he was very tall, we would like him more, well i say no, that was not it, it was his personality, that made people love, him. ofcorse when he had his high heeld boots on that he bought from our shop he looked even taller, no it was him we loved. look at claude francois, who i was a fan of before mike, claude, was smaller than me, but had a big personality. , but where mike was kind gentle, and loveing, claude, was i came to see, very in control of every thing and could be ruthless, in his job. claude admired mike very much. little did i know when i left paris in dec 75, that 3 years later claude would be dead, at the age of 39, i think. love to you all your frien in england. annie.xx
