Has anybody here receive the

municipal Property tax assessment for this year? I received mine, (municipality of Vaughn), and there is pleasant surprise… a nice reduction !!! So cheer up guys! Things do get better in time…

Sorry to see you end up paying

more... but it is not the rule. Everyone I know in Vaughn got a reduced property tax (the first part), perhaps it has to do specifically with "undervalued property" being re-assessed? I wonder
