The set, which will be released via MCA, features production from Wu-Tang cohorts RZA and Mathematics, Cypress Hill´s DJ Muggs, Jaz-O, and Arabian Knight, among others. A GZA-directed video for first single "Knock, Knock" was shot this week in New York; other confirmed tracks include "Luminal" and "Auto Bio." "Legend of the Liquid Sword" is the follow-up to 1999´s "Beneath the Surface," which reached No. 1 on Billboard´s Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and No. 9 on The Billboard 200. It has sold 384,000 copies in the U.S., according to Nielsen SoundScan. Although the group´s deal with Columbia subsidiary Loud Records has expired, the rest of the Wu-Tang Clan is busy with a variety of projects. Ghostface Killah is now signed to Def Jam and will release a new album next spring, while Method Man is also writing material for his next Def Jam solo set. As first reported here last week, Raekwon has also left Loud and is being pursued by several major labels.
