A guitar leson should cost about 80-100 shequels for a Hobby I think you should take the basics with a teacher and then you can buy some good books which you can lern from. there are very good books of "Shay barak" all the popular songs are included. there are 9 chapters already have fun and good luck. I know some teachers only in bat yam and rishom sorry
