That we have all witnessed the words of the Qur'an inspire some Muslims to commit the most discriminatory and hateful actions in recent history is a matter of public record and cannot be denied. That the passages of this book were used in the movie 'Fitna' along with footage of Muslim leaders and Imams is also a matter of public record and cannot be denied. If Mr Wilder's is to suffer the charge of discrimination and hate speech for quoting passages of the Qur'an, then the Qur'an itself must face the identical fate. Thank you for your time, 2. מקרה, התפרסמה היום כתבה על כך שמוסקוביץ העו"ד היהודי שכבר דיברתי עליו פה פעם, הולך לייצג את ווילדרס, ובתור צעד ראשון (ובתקווה אחרון) הוא יבקש מבית המשפט העליון ביטול על הסף של התביעה נגד וילדרס.

..בית המשפט העליון יזרוק את התביעה הזאת לכל הרוחות. אם לא יהיה חופש דיבור בהולנד, מה נשאר? בואו נזכור שוילדרס רק הביא עובדות ולא המציא משהו חדש.

לא דיברתי על ווילדרס

כבר אין לי כוח לדבר עליו ומנסיוני בפורום זה כל מה שנאמר בנושא ממילא נופל על אזניים ערלות (=כשמוציאים "עובדות" מהקשרן זה לא בדיוק האמת וגם למדיה יש דרכים לעוות מציאות ולהדגיש נקודות מסויימות ואחרות להשאיר ברקע. מי שהנושא מעניין אותו אני ממליצה לקרוא את הספר Het zijn net mensen מאת Joris Luyendijk. מה שאני כתבתי התייחס לברם מוסקוביץ..
