Fog in Italy
The fog is a thin and low cloud, with ceiling starting sometimes at ground level. In our area, the famous PO valley, fog is a frequent guest in the autumn. Usually, in the late hours of the morning it tends to dissipate, but sometimes the wind pushes it up-up-and-away, toward the hills. This photo was taken by me from a hilltop town, about 450amsl, and you can see the cloud coming up from the valley, threatening the area where I am standing. about 20 minutes later, the clous covered that area totally.
