We all pay attention. The thing is, we do not always understand it the way you intended it to be understood. And we do not always answer you the way you expect to be answered or the way you wanted. Some won't really understand you since their English is limitted, but will answer your messages anyway, Some will understand but will ignore, and Vice Versa.
