It is describes as follows: Compass Club is an award that Executive Management may offer to a percentage of those Execs that are eligible. If you are a candidate to Compass Club, eligibility criteria will be set forth in your Schedule. You may be eligible to attend Compass Club provided: ... *you are employed at XXX as of the date of Compass Club*... Your failure to be *eligible for, qualify for*, be invited to' or attend Compass Club, will not entitle you to any financial substitute or benefit. 1. Is "compass" a matzpen or anything else? Does "Compass Club" have a special meaning which I miss? 2. need some clarification on the first asterisks. What are they saying? 3. How would you distinguish between eligible and qualify (second set of asterisks).
