parallax - אין תרגום מדויק, אבל כאן נראה לי: סטיית קו הראיה. function button indicator or leader lines - סימוני מקשי הפקודות או הקווים המובילים. אם אני מבין נכון, יש שם מסך ובמסגרת בצידיו או מתחתיו יש מקשים. בשולי המסך מופיעים סימנים המראים את תפקידי המקשים והם צריכים להיות מול המקשים. הבעיה היא שאם יש מרחק גדול (בעומק) בין המקשים והסימנים המתאימים על המסך, אז שינוי זווית הראיה, למשל בין אדם עומד ליושב, יכול לגרום לכך שהסימנים לא יופיעו לו מול המקשים. זהו פרלקס.
