china crisis #2 (the package)
hmmmmmmmmmmm... ur all right - ofcourse i'll try to keep in touch, although it'd be a bit hard, without us having a language we can communicte in (my chinese doesn't count, and surely not her english!) anyways - if things haven't been shitty enough, i'v been waiting for over a month to a package my fumu sent me from the holyland. it was send by airmail, so supposadly should have been here in a week. i gave it 2 weeks, coz both israel and china are smoch alay countries, so ofcourse i didn't count much on being quick! not to mention that in that package there are some incredibly important things: chalva, tchina, books, and mostly my cream for the hair which is just about to finish, and i must have it if i want to have lovely curls and not a broom kinda hair, and green olives!!! anyways (back to the package) - all the students in my uni have the packages and letters being sent right to the uni, and there there's a list of ppl who received packages. my name was written on that list only yesterday and something in chinese nearby, and since i kanbudong i went to the office today's morning to ask what's written. the office is in the 6th floor, no elivator! the nice girl from the office told me the package is in another building, in the other side of the campus. forgetting i'm in china, i hurried up to that place, hoping to recieve that bloody package. (i need humus ssssssssssssoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo badly...) at that place, the ppl told me (in yunnanese ofcourse) that they don't have my package. they wouldn't call the office for me. so then again, i'm going to the office - 6th floor, no elivator... the nice girl from there agrees to come with me to that other place - toghether we go, and there the annoying ppl told her that the package has been lieing there for weeks without anyone picking it, so they sent it back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i mean - how was anyone supposed to know it's there, if only yesterday they called the office and said they have it???
anyways - a phone call to the post office, and maybe the package is still there. so right now i'm waiting... waiting... waiting... and hating all the chinese!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ARRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGH!!!!! and why on earth did they bother to come up with a word for an elivator, if they don't have such a thing? rachel - when are you coming? give me an sms, or a call...
