Can anybody tell me weather it is
possible to get "Va´ada Refuit" done for a person who is not in Israel? The last one I had was done without me (even though I lived in Israel at the time),twenty years ago.So I thought, why not have one done now, using Canadian medical certificates, MRI results in Canada, and so forth I live in Toronto for 14 years, and have not been back yet Thanks for all your information on the subject
