Martial Arts Instructor Busted on Attempted Kidnapping Charges Vienna, Va. (AP) - He's got a black belt - and a black eye. And now a martial arts instructor is being held without bond on charges he tried to kidnap two of his young students. Authorities say the ten-year-old twin girls used the skills Andrew Jacobs taught them when he allegedly broke into their Vienna home early Sunday. They say he started trying to bind and gag one of the girls with towels, when they fought back. Their parents heard the commotion and one of them hit Jacobs with a lamp. In court Monday, he was sporting a black eye and a large red bruise between his eyebrows. Although police say Jacobs wore a mask, the victims recognized him. Vienna Police Captain Michael Miller says Jacobs told them he was trying to burglarize the home. But according to Miller, investigators believe he planned to abduct the children.
