i think this is the most logical way
to solve lots of problems
have u read about the Canadian experiment?
further more - the gap between the haves and have not is going to increase while low education jobs are going to disappear

but let's consider someone who has debts. Will the income be protected? What about someone who's given a penalty by the courts, say a rapist. Will their income be protected? If you don't protect their income they'll be poor again and if you don't well that's hardly justice is it?
And what about people who will undoubtedly drink or smoke their basic income whereas no when they get food vouchers they can only use it to buy food. Many people are poor because more than anything else they lack the skills to plan an prioritise. Giving them money is no better than giving a 5 year old money. They'll just want into the nearest sweet shop.
The Canadian experiment doesn't prove much, because it was just one town. If you do it nationally then you devalue the currency and everyone are back where they started. It worked for one town, because the whole country did not get the basic income, so over night the residents of that town became richer. If the whole country gets the same, before too long you'll have a new equilibrium and those that were poor before will be poor again, only that now the country is poorer too.

the idea is first thing to oproot those unrespectful and prejedicuis ideas u and woking represent
ppl don't work because they Must
ppl work because every one wants to have meaningfull and fruitfull life
counsil housing will only lead to getto's
food vouchers are only treating grown ups as children
Money gives freedom of choise
I do agree that England is a 3rd world country
but if u give an Idian family free money - they will choose education first.
Freedom of choise, respect and information will lead to better life for everybody..
the problem of devaluation is an interesting one - which I cannot think over a reasonable optout right now
but I am sure there must be one
