Are there good alternatives for cubase!?

First of all sorry about the english,i'v been working with cubase for 5 years,and im looking for somthing else more simple,that i dont have to crack my head in creating music,i simply want progrem to write music in midi with sound that i dont have to tweak them like in cubase that all of the sounds are ready and i simply writing the notes,isaw amazing software in mac called "digital performer",im looking for somthing like this , Thanks guitaroman

if u r working with the cubse for 5 years you should be a proffesional by now... i think that the alternative will be childs toys for you.... but give it a shot. the best so;ution by my opinion is not giving up the cubse and read well the manual. good luck.
