alright u guys!!

eventhogh i am not a kid any more my knowlage in cooking is like a 5 years old..i need help!!! i was trying to make ozney haman and it looks horriable!!! the batzek was too stiky and i couldent make the shape..and than when i finnely secside in makein the shap and put everything in the ovenit lost its shape and ...its such a mess!!!! what shold i do? can sombody give me a resepy for ozney haman step by step andthat it would come out eventully? thank you very much. yours truely, kitchen disaster.

HAMANTASHEN Dough: Sugar - 1 cup Flour - 3-4 cups Baking powder - 1 ½ tsp. Salt - ½ tsp. Butter or margarine - 8 oz. Eggs – 2, beaten Orange juice - ½ cup Mix dry ingredients together and cut in shortening until it is in small pieces. Add eggs and orange juice. Mix together into a small ball. Roll out on a floured surface. Cut out rounds with a glass. Filling: Jam - 16 oz., prune or your favorite flavor jam (Substitutes: poppy seeds or chocolate chips) Put one teaspoon filling in center of each round. Pick up edges in center to form a triangle and pinch dough together with floured fingers. Baste top with egg yolk diluted with a bit of water. it came out soooooo good!!

thank you so much ..you saved my holiday..its very hard to be abrode on the holidays... it came out so good..i am so proud.. :)
