About Arnon
It is about time that we all acknowledge that despite the fact the Arnon is subject to endless criticism (which a lot of it is justified), the hang gliding in Israel maybe would have a start but probably would have witness a quick end. Only in a distance of time and space I came to realize that Arnon brought into the sport new hang glider pilots for nearly 30 years! So many others tried and quit. It is just don’t pay (from all points of views) Yes it came at a cost of many broken bones (come to think about it, I would suspect he has some shares in the Gypsum production in Israel. Sorry have to put some humor into it), frustrated potential pilots that never continued, etc. But the bottom line is that Arnon has been a major contributor to this sport. I think he deserves some gratitude from all of us.. Gilad
