We are Israelis who currently living in USA .Our close family (parents and brothers) are living in Israel. My husband and I would like to write a will and pass our properties and assets to our kid after we pass away. We have properties in Europe and USA. And most important thing is that our family will be the one who will care of the kid. What kind of will do we need to write that will be acceptable in Israel , Europe and USA? Do we need to have 3 separate wills for these 3 countries. The content of the wills should be the same.
