Well,this time its me who needs help on finding some information on Chinese history.My knowledge on Chinese history is limited and I am looking for the following: WHO WAS THE IMPREIAL TEACHER FOR THE EMPERORS CHILDREN IN THE FORBIDDEN CITY BETWEEN 1899 AND 1900? I have an idea and have the names of 2 people,who I think could have been(WENG TONGHE or ZHEN BAO CEN) (must be "YI PIN"-which where the highest level an official could have reached in the Forbidden City and have contact with the emperor).This I assume by the text in the attached picture from a diary written between 1899-1900.I would apreciate any help and an answer that can solve this ridle,please take a look at the attachment.
