A couple of questions

1. When I'm using the word "Does'nt" in He,She, It , do I need to add an "S" to the verb? 2. What's the right way of asking: - Why didn't you go? - Why you didn't go? And can I use both? THanks =]

1. No, you have no need to add an "S". For example: He doesn't go to school this week. 2. The right form is: "Why didn't you go?". The only case where you can use the other one is in reported speech ("He asked you why you didn't go to"...).

ok

first question : generally, he doesn't go, she doesn't care, it doesn't. matter. no S added. and "why didn't you go?" is the right way to say it.
