3COM השתגעו?

תמיכת 3COM הודיעה לי חגיגית שאין אפשרות לשנות את סיסמת ה manager בסוויצ'ים מסידרת superstack 3xxx מה הרעיון, שכל זב חוטם ומצורע יוכל להכנס לסוויצ'ים ולהגדיר VLAN-ים איך שבא לו??

אני הייתי במקום ששינו את הסיסמה של ה superstack 3100 למשהו אחר

סליחה. התכוונתי ל 3300. פשוט הרגע

Problem: Password Problem: Resetting password Fix: Follow these steps to reset the switch to its default password by using CLI (Command Line Interface): 1. Connect a serial cable to the serial port of the switch. The cable pinouts can be found at: Cable Pinouts (from the index on the left side of the screen click on the link "Pin_outs") 2. Launch the Hyperterminal application and set the speed for the connection for 9600. Leave all other settings as default. 3. הטענה שלהם היא שסיסמת ברירת המחדל

של manager נשארת תקיפה. אני אבדוק את זה בשבוע הבא.
