2months sleep habits

Hi Esther, My baby sleeps for a whole night for the last couple of weeks - tfu tfu tfu

- . He falls asleep at 8 pm after the last feeding, wakes up at 3 am for an half an hour feeding and falls back to sleep until 7 am. In the last few days he also sleeps a lot during the day - more then before. He is awake for 2.5 hors in the morning and sleeps after that until the afternoon (he wakes up twice to feed and falls back to sleep. Then he is awake until we bath him and gets his last feeding before the night. THis happend sinch he got his vaccination on Monday. Is it related? Are his sleeping habits normal for a 2 months old baby? I would like to add we are very happy about the night sleep and I think the credit goes to you too - I followed the advices you gave on the forun. THANK YOU! He pees and poops as usual but his /kaki is a bit more liquid.

HE only breast feeds and in 2 months he got to 5.750 kilos from 2.880 kilos. and this is me showing off...

WOW!!!!

Babies react differently to hisunim. Some will attach themselves to the breast and stay there all day while others will sleep it off. I would check his temperature, just to make sure that he is not running a fever. Let me know how he is 48 hours after the hisun. If this behavior continues, be in touch with your pediatrician.​

still acting the way I described. /he has no temprature. Wen he's awake he has a really good mood. We'll take him to the doctor tomorrow. Thanks!!

OK, so don't worry

If he is acting normally when he is awake, then you have nothing to worry about. As I always say.........look at the baby: if he seems to be acting normally, then even if he has high fever, his behavior is more important than the numbers on the thermometer. If he is sleeping alot, and acting normally, then it just means that his body is reacting to the activated immune system by sleeping it off. When he is older and if he gets sick, that will also probably be his usual behavior.......just to get in bed and sleep it off, which is a healthy thing to do. Keep me up-dated, but don't worry.​
