Hi, Me and EranGoshin attended the Awaodori Matsuri at Kagurazaka, Tokyo over the last weekend. More Information in regard to the Awaodori Matsuri you can read here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Awa_Dance_Festival I wanted to share with you several pictures I took during the matsuri. My pictures dont do justice to the matsuri, the music, the passion of the dancers, the atmosphere is simply mesmerizing, it is hard to bring all that experience in a picuture, highly recommended! http://shibumi.smugmug.com/gallery/1727931 I know some of the pictures looks a bit blurred, but take into consideration that it was a night event and there was not enough light to freeze the action. Having said that, after taking a second look at some of the pictures I think the blurriness actually adds to some of the pictures and give a sense of movement and continuity. Feel free to criticise.
