תכני ה-calendar נעלמו

שלום לכולם,

מקווה שזה הפורום הנכון להתייעץ בו. שלשום מחקתי בטעות את ה-account של הג'ימייל מהסלולרי (סמסונג S3), כי ניסיתי להחליף אותו זמנית ב-account של כתובת ג'ימייל אחרת. עשיתי זאת באמצעות:
settings>accounts>Google>remove account
אח"כ ניסיתי והצלחתי לשחזר אותו:
settings>accounts>add account>Google>existing
אבל עכשיו תכני ה-calendar נעלמו ברובם, מלבד ימי הולדת. אני משתמשת באפליקציה שנקראת Calendar+, שבעצם מבוססת על ה-calendar של גוגל. כשאני נכנסת ל-desktop calendar של גוגל אני רואה שגם שם כל התכנים נמחקו. האם זה אומר שאיבדתי הכל ואי אפשר לשחזר? ניסיתי להשתמש בדפי העזרה של גוגל, אבל לא נראה שיש שם מידע מועיל במיוחד...

כי זה בדיוק מה שבאתי להציע לך, לבדוק אם זה קיים בחשבון הגוגל שלך במחשב.

Unfortunately, we're not able to recover deleted events for you, but we can give you instructions on how to generate a list of all your calendar events, including the deleted ones, so that you can use the information to recreate the events. The other option includes using this 3rd party tool to find deleted events: https://freetools.spanning.com/#undelete

You may generate a feed showing the deleted events by following these instructions at google.com/calendar on your desktop computer:
1. Click the down-arrow next to the calendar that's missing events and select Calendar settings

2. Click the XML button next to Private Address

3. Highlight the URL and copy/paste into a browser URL bar

4. Append ?showdeleted=true&showhidden=true to the end of the URL

5. Hit Go / Enter to visit the URL

You should see feed of all your calendar's events. Deleted events will show status "Canceled". You can use this information to recreate events in your calendar. I know it isn't convenient, but we dont currently have a way to undelete events, so this is the best option for now. We're working on making this experience better for our users.
I should also note that this feed won't include all your events for all time, since that will likely be a lot of results. If you have many events that span back a while, you can append the following at the end of your URL (instead of #4 above) and just change the dates (highlighted to be easier to see) to be a few days or so at a time until you've gone back as far as you need to:

לא עבד

כבר הגעתי לעמוד הזה עוד מקודם בניסיון למצוא פתרון, אבל זה לא עבד. השיטה שמציעים שם הצליחה לשחזר ארוע ישן אקראי אחד בלבד מתוך היומן שלי, שנפתח באמצעות אאוטלוק.

אלה בעיות התחברות, בעוד שאני מנסה לשחזר מידע מחשבון שנמחק.

האפשרויות המוצעות רלוונטיות רק עד שלב מסוים

אחרי שכבר עברתי את הדף שמציע לשחזר חשבון שנמחק (באנגלית) נאמר לי לעבור לדף ה-password assistance. אח"כ מעבירים אותי לדף "שחזור חשבון" (בעברית) ושם יש את האופציות הבאות:

אני חושב שמישהו אחר משתמש בחשבון שלי
שכחתי את שם המשתמש שלי
אני יודע את שם המשתמש ואת הסיסמה שלי, אך איני מצליח להתחבר
אני לא מצליח לאפס את הסיסמה שלי באמצעות SMS
אני משתמש בחשבון Google Apps
אני נתקל בבעיות באימות הדו-שלבי

עברתי עליהן אחת אחת, והן לא רלוונטיות לי וגם הפתרונות שמציעים עבורן לא רלוונטיים במקרה שלי. עברתי גם על כל האפשרויות שגוגל מציעים תחת my account ולא ראיתי שם אפשרות לשחזר חשבון שנמחק.
