זה במסגרת "Fair Use"

כל עוד אתה לא מרויח על זה כסף, היוצר לא מפסיד על זה כסף, היצירה לא מאבדת מערכה, וזה למטרות לא מסחריות. מתוך הארגון האמריקאי הממשלתי לזכויות יוצרים (קישור מצורף):

אז ככה. 1) רווח כמובן אין, המטרה היא כיף ושיתוף. אפילו מודעות, כך שמי שאוהב את השיר יכול להיות שלא שמע אותו קודם, ועכשיו יש סיכוי שיקנה את הדיסק 2) אהם...זה שיר...לדעתי, אם חמישים אלף אתרים כבר כותבים את המילים, ולא מחפשים אותם, לא אכפת לאמנים שאנחנו כותבים להם את המילים אצלנו בפורום הקטן. 3) הייתי אומר חצי (sans Rap), כי זה בלי המוסיקה, אבל בכל זאת משמעותי. לדעתי, לא נורא. 4) טיפטיפונת לטובת השיר.

מצטער להגיד לכם אבל לפי חוקי תפוז אסור לכתוב Lyrics מלאים לשירים שמוגנים בחוקי זכויות היוצרים.... מה שמותר זה רק לפרסם לינקים לאתרים שבהם יש את המילים של השירים... באופן רשמי בכלל הייתי אמור להעלים את השרשור הזה אל תהום הנשייה (או לפחות אל סל המחזור) אבל מאחר ואני מאמין שמותר וצריך לסלוח על טעויות חד פעמיות אז השרשור הזה ישאר כאן... אבל בכל מקרה, בלי מילים, רק לינקים

לפני כמה ימים נכנסתי לפורום של בנות בתפוז (לא זוכרת איזה מהם) לשרשור של שירים אהובים והן העתיקו את הליריקס בלי בושה, גם עבריים וגם לועזיים. ידעתי שאקו"ם אוסרים לפרסם שירים או חלקים מהם, אבל אסור גם שירים באנגלית?!

זה חדש לי...

שירים נחמדים אבל מה זה הקישורים האלה??? הראשון פתח לי 20 פופ-אפ בערך, ויש בו שגיאת כתיב מזעזעת והשני בכלל לא נפתח...
