Shania brings in the ratings [Variety]: Boosting the ratings for "CMAs" were a special tribute to the late Johnny Cash (a posthumous winner in several categories) and a performance by Shania Twain -- both in the second half of the kudocast. The 18-49 rating from 9:30 to 11 (6.5) was 10% higher than last year's 5.9.
