Indiana University South-Bend... I have no idea regarding prices you can contact them and ask. It is a summer course of a few months. FYI - South-Bend is a boring city in North-West Indiana with about another 7-8 Israelis and an active Jewish community. Two hours from Chicago and 3.5 hours from Detroit. IUSB
