"born again"

Not exactly the same thing, but close. A person who used to be a non-believer, or a sinner, and then "saw the light" and became faithful again is called a "born-again Christian". I'm not sure there is a term for "born-again Jew", but you can simply say "converted to Orthodox Judaism".

...

I have no idea, why I'm answering in english, whatever. Israel new Military operation in Gaza, named - "ימי חזרה בתשובה" so I would like to find a suitable term. I know it doesn't have to be exactly the same, but I need, if you can find, of course, the most close to its hebrew meaning.

I would probably use "repent"

or some variation on it. As in, "Repent all ye sinners, for the Day of Judgement is at hand." But, I suggest you take a look at the CNN site or other English news site. There is probably an official English name for this operation, already.
