איך אומרים "אכפת לך עם אני אעשן" האם זה WOULD U MIND IF I SMOKED או would u mind if i smoke או DO U MIND IF I SMOKE

first and third are correct

First option is more polite. "would you mind if I smoked" is a hypothetical question. It's as if the person asking is saying: "I'm not going to, but if I smoked, would you mind that?" and if the answer happens to be "yes, I would" then nobody's embarrassed because it's just a hypothetical question ... Do you mind if I smoke is grammatically correct, but may sound rude in certain circumstances (e.g. if you ask a stranger).​

I wouldn't say it's always rude

I think saying "do you mind if I smoke" could come off as a little blunt in English. (Very much depends on the intonation; "DO YOU MIND IF I SMOKE?!

" is definitely rude). "...Would you mind if I smoked?..." is a polite phrasing in all circumstances.​
