יש יקב איטלקי בשם מאסי, הוא מייצר יין כאשר הענבים מיובשים חלקית בשמש לפני ייצור היין עצמו, למה היין הזה דומה? נראה לי מעניין, למי יש עוד פרטים?

Amarone

Sorry for the English, I'm in Hong Kong without a hebrew keyboard. The wine that is partialy dried before the crushing of the grapes is called Amarone. It is unlike anything made anywhere else in the world. The grapes that ar picked in october are laid in baskets and dried for about three months. And then undegoes "regular" winemaking process. the result is an unusually bitter, higly alcoholic wine that can usually age very nicely. Prominent producers are Masi, Tommasi, Boscaini, Tedeschi and Michelle Castellani. 失雌ㄇㄐ
