האם מימוש אטומטי של אלגוריתם ידוע יכול לקבל הגנה פטנטית ? לדוגמא : Suppose there is a well know algorithm that defines mathematical connection between air-temperature, air-density, date and height ( meaning input air-temperature, air-density and date to the algorism, and the output would be the height above sea level ). Our aim is to automate this well know algorism, meaning, create a “black box” that will perform the algorism automatically. Is it the automation process of a known algorism patentable ? Or is just the very specific solution patentable ?
