A bike shope on Emek Refaeem st. (close to Oranim jnc.) and a person name Andres who worked there, used to worked with some triathlets. I´m not sure about whats going on now. You can also ask Noam from Hapoel Jerusalem or Bari Avner from YMCA Jerusalem (Both swim teams coaches) .... .....Hope this helps
