יש פה משהו שמכיר את המצב הזה או מזדהה עם הכותבת? זה קטע ישראלי או סתם קטע אנטיפטי? אז מה, אפרטהייד? מכירה את הקטע המצומצם של לסביות separatists, אבל ברבדים האנושים שאני מסתובבת כולם בני אדם: סטרייטים, הומואים, לסביות, בי, ועוד - וזה גם באנגליה וגם בהולנד. ואני לא ממש יוצאת דופן עם קבוצת חברים תמוהה. בגלל זה אני שואלת מה הנסיון שלכם.

Where to begin...I do not identify with anything in the article. I don't have friends that make comments like that, and if they did I would put them back in their place! It actually makes me angry that she doesn't say anything to them, and then she complains abou it. My friends are all kinds, gay straight bi, whatever, I love them because they are wonderful PEOPLE. The more I think of it, that article was quite annoying.​

It just pissed the s**t out of me when I read it. It made me want to slap her with a wet fish - but I think even that wouldn't help her see sense... So is it an "Israel" thing (general intolerance, the nature of the LGBT community, etc) or is it a specific case of a major problem with social skills (and/or self-assertiveness and/or passive/aggressive disorder

I answer. It is not an Israel thing. It is a specific case of an individual, with low self esteem, to the point of sitting around with people who are putting her down and she smiles without saying anything about it. Whenher "so called friend" is hurting her feelings she copes with it by kissing her girlfriend instead of saying - Hey! That hurt my feelings! And her extreme lack of self awareness, gives her the nerve to write an article about it, attempting to project and globalize her personal problems!!! (Can you tell I'm in the human services field as well? No, I would nit say any of this in this way to my clients)​

a point re the pseudo open minded left wing isralies who never mix with anyone who is not like them but can speak for hours about peace and equality for all... and some of them would have a gay friend to prove it, and will hate the orthodox, coz that's allowed, and are all for the ethiopeans and the poor, but will never go anywhere near them.​

מה שהיא כותבת...

תסלחי לי, אבל היא פשוט דפוקה בצורה רצינית. הסברתי את זה בלשון קצת יותר עדינה למעלה. ו-gabcake גם הסבירה את זה. היא לא שונה מכל אלו שהיא מתלוננת עליהם (בעצם כן - היא הרבה יותר גרועה) אם היא זורקת חברים בשרירותיות כזאת, קבוצות שלמות מוגדרות מראש, על בסיס רעוע ביותר ומבוסס על מקרים בודדים של מה שנתפס בראש הקטן שלה כ"פגיעה" במהות נפשה. לא אומרת שמה שאת מתארת אינו קיים, אבל זה לא מצדיק בשום אופן הכללות גזעניות/הומופוביות/הטרופוביות כאלו. Thought police טוטאלי כזה בחיים לא ראיתי. לא יזיק לה שמץ אנושיות, סובלנות, חוש הומור, אמפתיה, ואיזה 20 טונות social skills משלה. אישה מחרידה שלא הייתי רוצה להתקל בה בשום מצב. Life's too short and nothing I have ever done could justify such a terrible punishment.

אה, אבל אני הצלחתי!

וליבי ליבי על כותבת הכתבה, אם אלו באמת חוויות ההתקלות שלה עם אנשים. זה עצוב שצריך לצמצמם את עולם החברים, רק בגלל "בדיחות". מה שהיא מתארת, עם זאת, נראה לי בדיוק קטע ישראלי טיפוסי - אם אני משמיע הערות נבזיות, משמע אני בעל חוש הומור.
