They wanted to make the martial arts somekind of generic chop-saki type a la the current crop of network shows and the writer insisted on authentic Ba Gua. Anyway, according to the last information they are going to air the pilot and ordered 6 episodes of the show. After filming the pilot. Production was moved to Canada. Unfortunately, most of the fighting sequences will not be Ba Gua. They also hired some Wu Shu guys to show and teach flashy fighting stuff that people like.
