Flying from Berlin
Flying from Berlin is a pain in the arse. El Al say they fly direct to Israel, but somehow they make stops in Munich when they feel like it. Never fly El Al, they also have the crappiest people in Schoenefeld airport. The most cheap way to fly is through another destination and another town. Malev (the Hungarian airline) are very cheap, I also know people that flew with Al-Italia through Milan with good price. Another possibility, if the flight is not close, is to try Lloyds, Easy Jet and all these other new airlines for 20EUR a flight to get to a more decent airport (regarding flights to Israel, like Frankfurt or Amsterdam. Sorry about the English - I have no Hebrew.
