מוכר שנעלם
לפני בערך חודש קניתי מוצר ממוכר. לאחר כשבועיים המוכר נעלם מאיביי. לפי הצעתכם העלתי לדיסיפיוט וקליים. השבוע המוכר שלח לי את זה: hello,my friend,i have sent the item on June 9,normally the international shipping takes 15-21 working days(not include the weekend and holidays) to get to you,your patience and cooperation will be appreciated. could plz withdraw the dispute, Waiting for your kind reply, best regards! כשלא הגבתי הוא שלח לי: Dear valued customer, i have logged in the ebay account in 2 different computers at the same time by mistake,so ebay suspended my account cause the account safety risk,i have contacted ebay to solve the problem,the jerseys you ordered was sent out on June 9,please do not worry,i beleive the jerseys can get to you within 15-25 working days, cause we use the GENERAL post service of SINGAPORE post office,we cant provide the tracking no ,however we can provide the material which can prove we've shipped it,it's in the attahment file, i add it to the attachment.plz check it,thanks! we can make very good communication with this email account. could plz withdraw the dispute!!!
