tali thanx but you showed me the woman´s PC i need to know the man´s PC. i read in a book that in order to control the output (sorry about my lack of medical vocabulary) of the sperm one needs to work with the PC muscle. where is that muscle?? a diagram would be best. and what exercise can i do to improve it?? the problem is the sex that lasts a few seconds (the target is a about ten minutes sex) as i am aroused by the intercourse of the love i make with my girl. thanx in advance.
