להוריד חזית הנקה ?

הילדון בן 3 חודשים, עד עכשיו אני כול הזמן עם חזית הנקה (גם בלילה) קראתי פה שזה לא מומלץ, למה ?? אני הולכת עם חזית הנקה כול הזמן ובעיקר ישנה איתה בלילה, כי הילדון פותח פערים גדולים בהנקה ואני מטפטפת בדך כלל שאני מניקה מצד אחד, אני מיד מתחילה לטפטף מצד שני - וזוהי הסיבה העיקרית מבחינתי ללבישת חזיה- על מנת שאוכל ללבוש רפידות הנקה. מהי הסיבה שלא מומלץ ללבוש חזיה כול הזמן ? האם אני גורמת לאיזה נזק ?

ומאותה סיבה - ברגע שמניקה מצד אחד הצד השני מטפטף (ושלי כבר בן שנה וחצי:O) יש האומרים שלא כדאי ללכת כל הזמן עם חזיה מחשש לחסימת צינוריות חלב בגלל לחץ החזיה, אך חזיות הנקה הן נטולות ברזלים ולא לוחצות. אוורור השד אפשר גם ע:י פתיחת החלון של החזיה (אני לא מצאתי צורך ממשי...). בקיצור, לא נראה לי שאת גורמת נזק כלשהו. דעה נוספת - יש הממליצים ללכת עם חזיה כל הזמן על מנת לתמוך בשד ולמנוע הארכת הרצועות והשרירים התומכים בשד מה שעלול לגרום לשד נפול יותר בהמשך.

Problems with sleeping in a bra

A bra can press on the breast in certain areas and cause plugged ducts which can cause a breast infection. If you are still leaking, then put a towel under you when you sleep. Or, there is another solution. there is a shop in Ramat Hasharon which imports bras from Brazil. they have beautiful bras for breastfeeding, and they have a bra which is perfect if you feel that you have to sleep in a bra.......it is thin cotton, does not press on the breast, and is just enough to hold the pads. the name of the shop is HOPE, and they also sell their bras in Dyada. the shop is on Usshiskin street up at the top near Superpharm and steimatsky. ASk for help from Yafit or her sister and ask for the bras that I bought for my daughters......one I got for Maya even when she was still pregnant, and I also got one for my middle daughter who has very small breasts, but wanted a lightweight bra. They also have great underpants for pregnant women........Maya says that they are amazing, and even after her C-section, she could wear them.​
