בפורום אמריקאי מסוים, ואחרי שמישהו ניסה להגן עליה, מישהו אחר כתב תגובה פשוט הורסת שאני חייבת לצטט. אז הרי לכם ההסבר האולטימטיבי - למה אנחנו לא אוהבים את קורטני: Courtney´s not a genius. She´s a shrill harridan who is still way too obsessed with notions of "indie cred" that died when Out of Time went 12x platinum. She´s done nothing of value (Live Through This is the most overrated record of - well, maybe ever), if she didn´t pull the trigger herself she certainly drove Kurt to suicide, she´s a plastic surgery and drug addict, Frances Bean will either turn to hard-right Christianity or just become a basket case, and ultimately she´s a useless scenester, the Rosencrantz of the alternative music movement of the ´80s who decided she really wanted to be Hamlet - or Nancy - and would do anything to get that spotlight, no matter how embarrassing or crass it may be. THIS IS WHY, dear sir, O valiant defender of Courney Love, I clear my throat and ask in my strongest voice not only of my fellow Fametrackers, but GOD HIMSELF: Is she dead yet?
