חוק סבתא בבולגריה (?)

סבתא שלי היא ילידת בולגריה והתגוררה שם עד סביבות גיל 25. רציתי לדעת, מבחינה חוקית, אם ואיך אני זכאי לדרכון אירופאי? נ.ב: סבתי נפטרה בשיבה טובה, אם זה משנה משהו.

מתישהו בקום המדינה, היא עיברתה את השם שלה ונרשמה אצל רשם האוכלוסין (איפה שכל אזרח ישראלי חייב להירשם ולתת את כל הפרטים עליו) כילידת בולגריה. אפשר לבקש ממשרד הפנים (רשם האוכלוסין שייך למשרד זה) את ההוכחה שהיא נולדה שם, היא הייתה אזרחית ישראלית גם אחרי הכל. השאלה היא, אחרי שהשגנו את אישור הלידה שלה שם, מה הלאה?

השאלה היא - מה נדרש עבור נכד בשביל זה? ואם נכד לא יכול, אחרי שאמא שלי תוציא את הת"ז הבולגרית ותהיה בעלת אזרחות בולגריה, אני אוכל גם מהיותי בן של אזרחית?
