כמו שהבנתי אני ועוד כמה אנשים פה נורא רוצה שבדיסק הבא אלאניס תתיחס לעניינים פולטים חברתיים ונחשו מה? היא אמרה שהמלחמה בעירק תקבל מקום מכובד בדיסק הבא!!!!!! נשמע אחלה! אני לא יכול לחכות מה יש לה להגיד על כול המלחמה הזאת.... OTTAWA (CP) - Alanis Morissette says her thoughts on the war in Iraq will find a place on her next album, although it may not be obvious to everyone. "I will always write about the microcosm that can be extrapolated into the macro,"she said backstage after receiving a Juno Award for best producer. "Something that's going on between myself and another person can be extrapolated into what's going on between Saddam Hussein and Bush. Frankly it's the same thing, the same schoolyard, sandbox issue." But the Ottawa native is not interested in preaching about morals or good versus evil. "My preference isn't to stand on a soapbox and say what I think they should do when I experience and possess the same qualities that they may be showing on a grander scale," she said. "I much prefer to write about my own relationships than pointing fingers."
