ויזת עבודה בגרמניה

היי,
אני שוקל לעבור לגרמניה. אני מהנדס חשמל ואלק' בן 27 בעל מספר שנות נסיון ללא דרכון אירופאי וללא מקום עבודה בגרמניה.
הבנתי שבמצבי ניתן לעבור לגרמניה, לקבל ויזת חיפוש עבודה לשישה חודשים, ולאחר מציאת עבודה לקבל ויזת עבודה. אך לא מצאתי יותר פרטים בנושא (כמה זמן לוקח לקבל כל אחת מהויזות, התנאים והקלות בהן ניתן לקבל את הויזות, האם אנשים במצבי יצליחו למצוא עבודה בגרמניה וכו').
אם יש מישהו בעל רקע דומה לשלי (או ששמע/הכיר מישהו בעל רקע דומה) שהיגר ויש לו הארות נוספות, יותר מאשמח לשמוע.

Foreign nationals other than European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA) and Swiss nationals may reside in Germany for the purpose of taking up gainful employment if they have a residence permit which explicitly authorises them to do so. Australian, ISRAELI, Japanese, Canadian, South Korean, New Zealand and US citizens may obtain such a residence permit from the ------relevant foreigners authority-----, including once they have arrived in Germany. תודה על ההתיחסות.

אבל הבעיה שלי היא שאני לא יודע כמה גרמניה ידידותית לזרים. כלומר, האם המעסיקים מפלים מהגרים בקבלה לעבודה?
דבר שני, במידה ויציעו לי חוזה, אני לא בטוח כמה הממשלה הגרמנית תשמח לתת לי ויזת עבודה, גם אם אני עונה על כל הדרישות של ה-EU Card, הבנתי שאפשרי שידחו את הבקשה שלי לויזת עבודה ע"ס העובדה שניתן להעסיק גרמני באותה משרה (אני לא יודע אם הם מתיחסים דומה למקצוע נדרש. אני מחזיק באחד כזה).

good workers

in germany the busineses are do all they can do to find good workers - it is very hard to find german ones so they are ready to help good workers to get the visa.
it is very hard to describe a good worker but i dare to say that most of the educated israelis will be count as good

one can start looking for a job from israel or come to germany and ask for a meeting.
