Tsabar Aram
If you want me to look it up it will take time.I recall reading it a year ago .It specifically mentioned the CUT used by a tribe(GAD if I remember correctly) of Israel. The cut was such that took off the head ,shoulder and arm. SOUNDS FAMILIAR doesnt it, at least to Kenjutsu practitioners it does. TSABAR ARAM IS THE EXPERT WHEN IT COMES TO THE HISTORY OF MARTIAL ARTS AND THE HISTORY OF JUDAISM AND MARTIAL ARTS.David should get him for a get together. He can talk about these issues into depth. As I said through out my years of learning I have been astonished by the knowledge about these issues in the Talmud and in other talmudic sources.
