הכנה להנקה

אני בסוף הריון, ורציתי לשאול מה כדאי לעשות לקראת הלידה כדי שההנקה תהיה טובה? (הכנה פיזית, סדנא, קורס, ספר וכד´). אלמוג, הגדולה, נולדה פגית ולמרות ששאבתי ונפגשתי עם יועצת הנקה לא הצלחנו לעבור להנקה, כך שאני קצת חוששת... תודה

I do a course on preparation for

breastfeeding. I do not have a group for this month. We already had that group, and one of them already gave birth!! I have a group for the middle of february. Is that too late for you? If you are interested, call 03 6925738 and leave your name, phone number and the date you are supposed to give birth. I will call you. If you ahve other friends who are due soon who are interested, we can get another group this month.​
