?Backup... what
there was nothing on that page that had reference that I can relate to, check and say my opinion about. That´s the first sign of a suspicious page. Thus, I had no choice but to try and find backup myself. as expected, I didn´t. In addition, in all the time that I´ve been reading about nutrition I have never encountered these rules in any legitimate nutrition or biochemistry book. And, some of them remind me things that are written in the "raze le-tamid" book, which is loaded with made-up "facts" about the human body. that also didn´t add credibility to those rules. how can I backup that a piece of information is incorrect and was just made up with no basis? there are no references to such information. If you´ll ask me to prove to you that there aren´t any flying pigs on the moon, I have to admit I have no way of backing that up either - I just can´t find any evidence to say that there are.
