אני מבקשת להחזיר מוצר בחזרה לחנות ממנה רכשתי
המוכר מסר לי את הכתובת וציין:
When returning items please do not attach anything to the items packaging and package the item well enough for return postage.
When returning an item from outside the UK, please ensure the customs forms is marked as a "return".
