הדעה של אלכס על BMG
(לאחר ששאלו אותו אם הוא מתכוון לעזוב אותם אי פעם): BMG Europe does suck....I know how they treat you guys, and if I could do anything about it I would. A record contract is one of the only contracts left in the entertainment business that's term is "FOR LIFE". BMG owns a piece of me for 7 records...and if they feel like it, 7 more after that. A lot of people on my side of things are all trying, as we speak, to get together and legally change what record contracts say cause it's total bullsh*t. The only way to leave your record label is to pretty much drive them so crazy and be so evil that they just drop you from their label. All record companies are the same though; BMG is no exception...SO it wouldn't do us any good to move to another one. I will just continue to do everything I can to make sure BMG does their part by promoting this band like crazy and to treat the most important thing we have with the utmost respect...you guys. I don't think they get that. The more records we sell for BMG and the more popular we get...the more they will take notice to all the things that they are now neglecting. Convenient huh?
Anyway, thanks Nosheen for the question and next time around, I promise things will be better. All the love...
