Sources tell the paper the estate is on an island and takes up about 83 acres that includes miles of riverfront property, boasts some of the largest oak tress in the States and a seaplane to whisk the stars to nearby beaches. Froelich tells ET the main house is said to be nothing less than palatial and there's also a "rustic" guesthouse -- fiddly dee.
